TECHNICAL GUIDELINES
1.Turbocharger Working principle:

Engine rely on fuel in cylinder burning work to generate power, the input of burning capacity is constrained by intake air volume in cylinder, lead to the power will be limited, if the engine performance is in the best condition, if want to to increase output power only by compress more air into the cylinder to increase the burning capacity, improve work ability. Under the condition of current technology, the turbocharger is the only mechanical device, increase the output power in the case of the engine working efficiency unchanged.
The turbocharger is actually a kind of air compressor, it is through the compressed air to increase the volume.It is the use of engine exhaust gas to push the turbine wheel running, turbine wheel drive the coaxial compressor wheel,and compressor wheel pressure and send the fresh air from air filter into the cylinder. When the engine speed faster, emission and turbine speed synchronization also increased fast, the compressor wheel to compress more air into the cylinder, air pressure and density increase can burn more fuel, a corresponding increase in fuel quantity and adjust the speed of the engine, can increase the engine output power.

2.Using Considerations Of The Turbocharger:

Attention!

When you purchase a turbocharger, you just own half of it. The rest is all in the installation. The whole procedure is very simple. But if you do not follow the instructions and install it by your experience, you will 100% lose your turbocharger. We are not responsible for any broken turbocharger that is caused by improper and wrong installation !

First of all, you have to drain off the original dirty engine oil and fill in clean diesel oil to the engine oil line.

Switch on your vehicle by rotating the key 8-10 times (Do not step on the gas, just rotate the key to make the engine to work only). Then drain off the dirty diesel oil. (This procedure is for cleaning your engine)

Repeat the step 2 twice. Now your engine is completely cleaned. Replace the oil filter of your main oil pipe. Then fill in clean engine oil until the oil begins to drip. (The engine oil should be the fresh CD Class 15w-40 Pressure Boost Engine Oil. And the current position of the engine oil should be about 5 mm above the engine oil line)

Now we start to install the turbocharger. Tighten all bolts which is on the turbine housing, compressor housing and the bearing housing. Then connect the corresponding pipes to the correct position of the turbocharger except the compressor housing side. (When you connect the pipe to the turbocharger, it is NOT allowed to use and kind of glue on the Gaskets for sealing up. The glue will decrease the flux of the oil and finally cause the turbocharger broken.)

Now we start to install the turbocharger. Tighten all bolts which is on the turbine housing, compressor housing and the bearing housing. Then connect the corresponding pipes to the correct position of the turbocharger except the compressor housing side. (When you connect the pipe to the turbocharger, it is NOT allowed to use and kind of glue on the Gaskets for sealing up. The glue will decrease the flux of the oil and finally cause the turbocharger broken.)

After 20 seconds, release the compressor wheel and connect the last pipe that is corresponding to the compressor housing. Let the engine idle for about 15 minutes. OK! We did it !

The last thing is, it’d be better if you can refresh the engine oil on time. (about 10k KM)
